Originally made into premade spray bottles, unfortunately not shelf stable at the store.

So, I came up with this kit.

A 2 oz empty labeled spray bottle

An herbal tea bag with echinacea root, sage and marshmallow root

Steep the bag in 1 Cup water, for minimum 4 hours.  Pour up to 2 ounces in the bottle

The rest of the liquid, pour into ice cube trays and save for later use.  Melt a cube as needed and put into the spray bottle.
